How much does it cost?
You'll know before you pay anything. We look at the problem, tell you which flat tier it falls under — $99, $299 or $499 — and you decide. There's no hourly billing and no surprise invoice at the end.
How fast can you start?
You'll have a diagnosis within about 2 hours of submitting. Most Quick and Standard fixes are done the same day. Broken sites don't wait for Monday, so nights and weekends are fine.
What if you can't fix it?
You don't pay. If we look at it and can't resolve it, we tell you clearly and you're not charged.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
No — most of our clients aren't. Describe what you're seeing the way you'd describe it to a friend. Figuring out the technical cause is our job, and we explain what was wrong in plain English when we're done.
Do you need my passwords?
We need access to fix things, but never your personal passwords. We'll walk you through creating a separate admin user for us that you can delete the moment the job is finished.
